Growing in Faith, Fun, and Friendship: Children's Church at Arbor Christian Fellowship
At Arbor Christian Fellowship, our Children's Church is a special place where children of all ages come together every Sunday morning during our 10:45 a.m. service to grow in their faith and deepen their understanding of God's Word. While the adults are listening to the sermon, the children have their own Bible study time, taught by loving, dedicated, and scripturally proficient teachers who are passionate about sharing God's truth with the next generation.
Each week, the children dive into the Bible story of the day, learning valuable lessons that apply to their lives. They engage in fun and creative projects and crafts that help them connect with the Scripture message on a deeper level. These activities not only reinforce the lesson but also make it tangible and memorable, allowing the children to take God's Word into their hearts.
Our small group environment is multi-age, which fosters a sense of community and friendship as children of different ages learn and grow together. The children are encouraged to ask questions, sing worship songs, and share in laughter and play. Every Sunday, they experience a safe and welcoming space where they can explore their faith, make new friends, and be supported by our caring teachers.
When the weather is nice, the children often head outside for some fresh air and playtime, getting the wiggles out before heading home with their parents. Whether indoors or out, the children leave feeling refreshed, joyful, and more connected to God’s love, ready to carry the lessons they've learned with them throughout the week.
