Awana: Hiding God’s Word in Our Hearts
Awana is a fun and engaging weekly experience for children, where they memorize Scripture, learn how to build their lives on the Word of God, enjoy exciting games, make new friends, and deepen their understanding of the love of Jesus Christ. Every Wednesday night, kids come together for a night full of high-energy activities, biblical teaching, and spiritual growth.
The evening kicks off with a complimentary family dinner at 6 p.m., offering a chance for families to enjoy a meal together before the evening's activities begin. After dinner, children dive into their Awana clubs, where they experience Bible lessons, memorize Scripture, and engage in fun, active games that reinforce their learning.
Each week, children participate in Scripture memory, helping them hide God’s Word in their hearts so they can carry it with them throughout their lives. From fun games and active challenges to small-group Bible study, Awana provides an opportunity for kids to grow in their faith and build strong, lasting friendships.
